Adv. Kubovsky handles a broad array of complex and intricate civil-commercial litigation cases in the various civil courts, in arbitration and mediation proceedings, and in all civil and commercial litigation channels, including corporate law, class actions, corporate control disputes in companies and partnerships, contract law, intellectual property law, and encumbrance and insolvency law.

He also provides legal opinions on a wide range of topics relating to civil and administrative law as well as ongoing legal counsel to the firm’s clients.

Administrative law and tender law – Adv. Kubovsky specializes in administrative law and tender law, and in 2007 he served as an external lecturer with the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa, where he taught the course “Issues in Managing Administrative Proceedings”.

Adv. Kubovsky has substantial experience accumulated over many years relating to tenders,
having advised both tender committees and companies and entities competing in
tenders, throughout the cycle of the tender process, from the stage of submitting
the bid, to bidder conduct vis-à-vis the tender
committee, through to legal representation in administrative petitions filed
following the tender decision.

Additionally, Adv. Kubovsky has extensive experience in the field of administrative law and
representation in proceedings before the High Court of Justice and before the administrative
courts. In this context, Adv. Kubovsky has represented clients in petitions to
the High Court of Justice and petitions on a wide range of administrative issues,
such as the cancellation of administrative decisions, applications under the
Freedom of Information Law, petitions against water corporations, and more.

Adv. Kubovsky also advises various entities in hearings and proceedings regarding monetary sanctions vis-à-vis state authorities and public companies.
